Beginning a fitness journey is probably more difficult than actually consistently being a part of it over an extended period of time. This is especially the case if you are someone that is out of shape that is trying to get in shape. It's important to start small and manageable in the beginning, then expand into more intense workouts. There are multiple ways to approach this, from intensity of the workouts to the total time used for a particular workout. Methods for all different types of introduction are out there, it just make take some more research than others if you are really struggling to get off your feet. Nonetheless, it is important to remember that once you really do get off of your feet, that's the hardest part, and it will be easier to keep moving forward every day.
